If you are one of our Homeowners on an existing, under construction project we completely understand that this may well be a very difficult time for you and your family.
We fully appreciate the uncertainty and worry you must be experiencing and the unwarranted emotional burden that you must be facing.
Please be assured that, in line with our Impact & Sustainability promise, that all of us at ReaRCo are using our very best efforts to reach a positive conclusion as swiftly as is practicable.
It is both our sincere hope and objective to complete construction on all our projects as per timelines committed in our resolution plan.

Nothing will cause greater upset, confusion and uncertainty with our Homeowners than if you received updates or communications, perhaps conflicting, from both our management teams on each project and ourselves directly.
We have long followed the best practice of having “One Source of Truth” for our all Homeowners to avoid mixed messages and delayed updates.
To this end, we ensure that the project management team on each of our projects both understand and undertake the necessary steps to be that “One Source of Truth”.
At the outset of a project, they will, if they have not already, be in contact with you directly. This will include how to contact them for updates and any queries that you may have.
