Our Resolution Plan was approved by CoC in July 2021 with 100% affirmative vote and is currently pending with Hon’ble NCLT for approval.
ReaRCo has commenced construction works and completed finishing works of 1 out of 7 towers. Upon receipt of NCLT approval, ReaRCo shall take full control of the project with no liabilities except to settle existing creditors as per the approved plan.

Our Resolution Plan was approved by CoC in April 2021 and is to be approved by Hon’ble NCLT.
Upon receipt of NCLT approval, ReaRCo shall take full control of the project with no liabilities except to settle existing creditors as per the approved plan.

- 9 towers on 35,154 square meters land area
- Civil structure & finishing work at advance stage in respect of 7 towers
- Insolvency Commencement Date - 17 August 2020.

Our Resolution Plan was approved by CoC in February 2022 and is currently pending with Hon’ble NCLT for approval.
Upon receipt of NCLT approval, ReaRCo shall take full control of the project with no liabilities except to settle existing creditors as per the approved plan.

- 7 towers and Villas on 35,572 square meters land area
- 5 towers completed and handed over; Civil structure & finishing work to be completed in respect of 2 towers

Noida Medicare Limited - Noida
Our Resolution Plan was approved by CoC in July 2021 and is currently pending with Hon’ble NCLT for approval.
Upon receipt of NCLT approval, ReaRCo shall take full control of this 100 bed super specialty hospital with no liabilities except to settle existing creditors as per the approved plan.
