We are proud that our projects, when successfully completed, will have created employment in the local area. Similarly, successful completion will, in almost all instances, recover capital for suppliers, lenders and employees that might otherwise have been lost.
Sustainability
We are committed to pursuing a sustainable environmental agenda even if this increases costs. We actively seek ways to reduce both our and our projects carbon footprint with the goal, whenever possible, to be carbon neutral.
Affordable Housing
We are as equally proud, if not more so, that upon completion our projects will positively impact existing Homeowners. In addition we are committed to ensuring that our projects deliver affordable housing to people.
